Advisors will be able to find instructions for the new on-line registration system for this year’s State Conference on the Advisor Page of this website.  Registering students for competitive events will all be done on-line in 2010.  The hotel registration and conference registration will still be handled using the traditional method, i.e., mail.  All forms and a sample conference schedule (subject to some changes) are also available on the Advisor page.  Please contact Mary Heartz if you have any questions about registering for States. It was just announced that for the second year in a row, Londonderry DECA had two teams placing in the top ten for the Northeast Region in the SMG (Stock Market Game). This is an on line competition sponsored by DECA and the SIFMA Foundation for Investor Education.  The two Londonderry teams are now eligible to go to Nationals in Louisville this April and compete in the finals.   Advisor Scott Greene’s 4th and 8th place teams put together winning stock portfolios,  helping them to beat the competition from other DECA chapters in the region.    Looks like we know where to call for investment advice!  CONGRATULATIONS LONDONDERRY!       The finalists include:       Fourth Place:  Thomas Cowen and Dana Boyle    Eighth Place: Isaiah Simpson and Stephanie Trefonides
